We chose to make the seam along the width because it could be placed at the level of your knees/feet or at the level of your head and under your pillow, so it would not be disturbing. If requested, we could make the seam along the length of the sheet, right through the middle of it.

I purchased two of these fitted, custom sized sheets from Etsy. Both were needed to go over a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper, since the topper is an awkward size. The fit of the two sheets were spot on, perfect. I was so happy with the quality that I decided to take a chance on a custom sized zip around mattress protector. Success was obtained once again. The zip around topper fit exactly as needed. There is just enough room to wash and allow for a slight bit of shrinkage. The covers all came clean smelling, with no odors. Typically products arrive smelling like the plastic they came in. None of these had that issue. Overall, I am very satisfied and now getting ready to order more fitted sheets. This company truly makes quality products. They are worth the price.
