Raised boards surround the baby so everyone can comfortably sleep together in the same space. The natural, all-wool cushion gently hugs your baby so they feel safe and touched while preventing them from rolling or turning. Both sides of the lambswool inner cushion cover feature convenient zippers for easy re-stuffing if necessary.

There is no wool filling/cushioning in the hammock area.

*All wool-filled items are subject to some degree of compression. However, we stuff items densely with wool so they come thicker than advertised and over the first months of use compress down to about their advertised thickness.
*Wool fibers are in various natural colors and have the natural odor of sheep, which will be gone in a couple of months.

    I was hesitant about purchasing this as it felt like a luxury that I shouldn’t splurge on, but I’m so so glad I did. My newborn spent the night in between my husband and I in a defined “safe space.” It helped my husband know exactly where she was and he could help in the middle of the night if needed. Much better than the constant paranoia with my first. Top quality and gorgeous product.

    Co-sleeping cushion / baby nest is very nicely made. We put a cotton layer (either an organic cotton sheet or organic cotton fleece) on top. Wool duvets / comforters are also very nicely made, comfortable, and fairly warm, probably similar to four-season weight.
