The mattress is perfectly safe since the wool and lanolin are encased by the ticking fabric, which can be organic cotton or linen, that prevents direct skin contact and minimizes the risk of allergic reactions. Additionally, our wool is GOTS and Oeko-Tex certified which guarantees the absence of harmful toxins or synthetic materials that could potentially trigger chemical allergies.

The 3″ mattresses can be described as firm, while the 5″ and the 7″ ones offer more mid-firm support. However, the durability of cotton can vary depending on the weave and quality of the fabric. Our 100% organic cotton is certified, durable, and incredibly comfortable. With proper care the fabric can last for decades.
