“Because of the holiday season, distance, and postal system of where I live (Colombia), I waited about 6 weeks for my nest of wool to arrive. Although I would not recommend to anyone sleeping on the bare wood floor for that long, I absolutely recommend Rosica’s wonderful products as well as her customer service. She was sweet, helpful, and patient with all of my many concerns. I’m really so relieved and have no regrets! Not even with so much time rolled up is my mattress squished or damaged!
