Tras cuatro horas despierto, el beb\u00e9 deber\u00eda irse a dormir alrededor de las 8 de la tarde.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Home of Wool: \u00bfDebemos seguir el horario de sue\u00f1o al pie de la letra?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Elena Chapalova:<\/strong> Aunque soy consultora del sue\u00f1o infantil, sigo pensando que nuestras vidas no deber\u00edan girar en torno al horario de sue\u00f1o de nuestros hijos. Hay familias que no tienen horarios r\u00edgidos y, sin embargo, disfrutan de un sue\u00f1o normal. El horario de sue\u00f1o es especialmente \u00fatil si al beb\u00e9 le cuesta mucho conciliar el sue\u00f1o o si las siestas diarias duran menos de 40 minutos y se despierta sin haber dormido lo suficiente. En tales casos, es imprescindible establecer un horario de sue\u00f1o durante al menos un par de d\u00edas. El objetivo es lograr una independencia total para que, cuando el beb\u00e9 se despierte inevitablemente, pueda volver a dormirse solo.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">El entorno \u00f3ptimo para el sue\u00f1o de tu beb\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Home of Wool: \u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00eda el entorno perfecto para que un ni\u00f1o duerma bien?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Elena Chapalova:<\/strong><\/em> Si le dices a un padre que su hijo necesita dormir en silencio, har\u00e1 lo contrario: querr\u00e1 que su beb\u00e9 se acostumbre al ruido. En realidad, durante los primeros 2-3 meses, los beb\u00e9s pueden dormir con ruidos muy fuertes, pero despu\u00e9s pierden esta capacidad. Los beb\u00e9s necesitan un entorno tranquilo y oscuro. La temperatura de la habitaci\u00f3n debe estar entre 18 y 22 \u00b0C. Durante los primeros seis meses, no se recomienda que el beb\u00e9 duerma solo en una habitaci\u00f3n, ya que esto aumenta el riesgo de s\u00edndrome de muerte s\u00fabita infantil.
