Diese in unserem Atelier handgefertigte nat\u00fcrliche Yogamatte bietet eine weiche, einladende Oberfl\u00e4che f\u00fcr Bewegung und Entspannung.<\/p>\n

Drei sorgf\u00e4ltig aufeinander abgestimmte Wollschichten sorgen f\u00fcr Komfort unter Ihrem K\u00f6rper. Beide Seiten bestehen aus dem OEKO-TEX\u00ae-zertifizierten Schurwollstoff 100%, zwischen denen sich eine weiche Karakul-Wollschicht befindet. Der Au\u00dfenstoff f\u00fchlt sich angenehm auf der Haut an, w\u00e4hrend die Wollschicht in der Mitte f\u00fcr sanfte Polsterung und Isolierung gegen kalte oder harte B\u00f6den sorgt.<\/p>\n

Wolle ist von Natur aus atmungsaktiv und temperaturregulierend und hilft dabei, W\u00e4rme und Feuchtigkeit auszugleichen, w\u00e4hrend du dich bewegst oder in einer Pose zur Ruhe kommst. Ihre isolierenden Eigenschaften kommen besonders beim regenerativen Yoga und bei l\u00e4ngeren \u00dcbungen im Sitzen zum Tragen, bei denen du l\u00e4nger in Kontakt mit dem Boden bist.<\/p>\n

Mit einer Dicke von etwa 3\/8\u2033 (9 mm) bietet die Matte eine sanfte Polsterung, die vollst\u00e4ndig aus Wolle besteht \u2013 ganz ohne Schaumstoff oder synthetische F\u00fcllung. Verwenden Sie sie f\u00fcr Dehn\u00fcbungen, Atem\u00fcbungen und sanfte Boden\u00fcbungen oder als Meditationsmatte, wenn Sie zur Ruhe kommen m\u00f6chten.
