Let’s find out the answers to these questions with our first guest from the United States. Christina S. is a proud and devoted mother who is always on the lookout for something natural and organic. She is as health-conscious as fun and loves dressing her adorable daughter as a baby lamb for Halloween.

Home of Wool: How did you find out about us?

My husband found you guys – I think he was doing Google searches. We were expecting a baby and we were looking for something that is made from all-natural products, especially organic. You guys were the ones that came up.

Home of Wool: What made an impression on you? What interested you in our products?

We wanted the best for our baby and so many things out there are made from synthetic fabrics which can cause an allergic reaction, be harmful, and whatnot. We were really looking for a product that is organic, all-natural, especially without flame retardant. You guys were the best choice.

Home of Wool: Did you see any benefits? Any problems that have been solved by our products?

I had peace of mind that the product is high-quality and will last a very long time. For a lot of other products, when you open their packaging, you can smell the fumes. With your products there was nothing like that, I loved that I could use them right away. It feels safer – I hate it when you buy new products and your entire room smells like chemicals. I really like that your products don’t have that.

Home of Wool: Which product features do you consider the most valuable?

The number one thing we wanted was chemical-free, organic, all-natural products. It’s really hard to find all of that together. Sometimes you will find brands using natural cotton but they will be chemically waterproofed. Wool is natural, it is a natural waterproof -we really like that. On top of that everything is customizable which we love! We know that wool is safe, we know what we get. We are very happy that we find you guys. All we have to do is take a picture, and send our measurements and you guys were able to create the desired shape with better products.

Home of Wool: Is there something you would like to improve about our products?

I don’t have any suggestions at the moment as I love everything we got. We love all the products we’ve got from you guys, so nothing to improve really.

Home of Wool: You’ve got quite a few of our wool creations, do you have a favorite one? If so, why?

We use the bassinet cushion every day, obviously, since our baby sleeps on it. Another one is the changing mat because when we go out there it provides a soft surface on which our baby can lie. It’s also naturally waterproof, it’s nice to pick it up and have it at your side whenever you go. We use the changing mat all the time. Also, a lifesaver at the begging of my pregnancy was the body pillow. You guys were the only company that had a non-polyester body pillow so that was very important to us and helped us sleep. I think those are my top three.

Home of Wool: What would you say to someone who asked about us? Would you recommend us?

Oh, we have. I have a friend who had a baby boy and wanted to go all-organic and all-natural. Yeah, I recommended you guys to her – I believe she also ordered from you.  The market is there. More and more people are becoming aware and are realizing that the things that touch your skin and are present in your room are affecting your health. You might not think about it when you put on a shirt or sleep in your bed, but all that affects your health. I feel like there are people who want to live a healthier lifestyle that will prevent problems later on as they get older. So, I have a lot of friends that will be very interested.
